    What are the different types of coffee machines?

    Filter brewers drip hot water over grounds, perfect for large volumes. Bean-to-cup machines grind fresh beans automatically and offer one-touch beverages. Manual and semi-automatic espressos require more skill but give you full control over grind, dose, and extraction parameters.

    How do I clean my coffee machine?

    Descale monthly using a manufacturer-approved solution to prevent limescale. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and clean removable parts, carafes, filters and drip trays, in warm, soapy water. Back-flush espresso machines where applicable and replace water filters as recommended to preserve flavour and prolong life.

    Do Morphy Richards coffee machines come with a warranty?

    All our coffee machines include a 3-year warranty as standard. It’s quick and easy to do. Our warranties do not cover consumable spares.

    What is Morphy Richards’ returns process?

    Use our online Returns Centre to start your return. As stated in our returns policy, faulty items can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. You may cancel within 14 days of receipt and return within a further 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.

    A filter coffee machine drips hot water through a ground coffee using a filter, creating a large pot of coffee to fill many cups. An espresso machine however, creates one strong, concentrated shot of coffee by forcing water through finely-ground coffee, which can then be turned into a latte with the addition of steamed milk, for example.

    All of our coffee machines come with a 2-year warranty as standard, giving you peace of mind with your Morphy Richards product. We also provide an extra year’s warranty if you register your product with us - it’s quick and easy to do. Our warranties do not cover spares.

    Our online returns centre has made returns super easy. Simply enter a few details, follow the instructions and we’ll provide shipping guidelines (once approved).

    As stated in our returns policy, we will happily refund a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. For a full refund, you must return the goods in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
