How do I use a cafetière?

Preheat the carafe with hot water, then add coarse-ground coffee (about 1 tbsp per 100 ml). Pour water just off the boil, stir, and place the plunger assembly on top without plunging. After 4 minutes, press down the plunger slowly, then serve immediately to avoid over-extraction.

How do I clean and maintain my coffee accessories?

Rinse removable parts (such as jugs, filters, and carafes) in warm, soapy water after each use. Descale metal mesh filters monthly in a vinegar solution to remove oils. Avoid abrasive pads.  Instead, use soft cloths to protect polished surfaces and glass components.

Do Morphy Richards coffee accessories come with a warranty?

Our coffee accessories include a 3-year warranty as standard. It’s quick and easy to do. Our warranties do not cover consumable spares.

What is Morphy Richards’ returns process?

Use our online Returns Centre to start your return. As stated in our returns policy, faulty items can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. You may cancel within 14 days of receipt and return within a further 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
