Sales Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic sales co ordinator to join our sale team.

Responsible for the processing of customer orders and the day-to-day operational management of assigned accounts. Working closely with the National Account Manager, the role ensures accounts are maintained to a high standard, customer expectations are met, and internal processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to fulfilment
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service and support.
  • Liaise with supply chain, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support the management team in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and client information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional efforts.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Support the National Account Managers with the operational management of accounts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or related administration roles preferably within a B2B or B2C setting.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Proactive and solutions focused.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
