Shredded Garlic & Honey Chicken Wrap

If you love a warm filled to the brim wrap then this is for you! With this chicken you could also serve it alternatively with rice & veggies, with some noodles - however you fancy!

- 600g Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs - Cooking Oil Spray - Salt - 5g Ginger Puree - 4 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce - 15ml Oyster Sauce - 2.5 Tbsp Honey - 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 12g Garlic Puree - 8g Cornflour - 1 Spring Onion Sliced thinly - A Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

For the wrap: 1 White Wrap Cucumber Batons



Spray some cooking spray/oil into your slow cooker then add the chicken thighs and sprinkle with some salt.

In a bowl mix together the ginger paste, ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, Honey & garlic puree then add it to your chicken thighs and give it a stir.

Cook in your slow cooker for 4 hours on high.

Move the chicken to one side of the slow cooker, in a small bowl mix together your cornflour and some warm water and mix, then add into your sauce and give it a good stir then leave it on high again for 10 minutes to thicken.

Shred your chicken, give it all a good mix then top with spring onion & sesame seeds.
