Bread Maker Pizza Base
Ingredients:
- 240 ml water
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 396g strong white bread flour
- 1tsp fast action yeast
Method:
- Pre-heat oven.
- Shape into a flat round shape. Place on a greased baking tray. Brush lightly with oil.
- Cover for 15 minutes and allow to rise.
- Add your desired topping.
- Bake at approx 200oC (400°F, gas mark 6) until golden brown
So, you put this in the bread maker before yeah?
Which program do you use?
I tried this from the instruction manual and it didn’t work, seemed to not have enough liquid… please help.
