• 2 Loaf Size Functions: Bakes 1.5lb, 2lb size loaves. 1lb is possible on the 1.5lb setting for certain recipes.
• Fastbake Function: The Fastbake function allows you to have a freshly baked loaf in under 50 minutes. The Fastbake option is available for both 1.5lb (0.68kg/ 630g) and 2lb (0.90kg/ 907g) loaves.
• Gluten Free: Programme 1 is perfect for making gluten free bread. Multiple gluten free recipes available in the instruction manual.

Read the instruction manual carefully to gain a better understanding of the importance each ingredient plays in the bread making process. In all of the recipes you create yourself, never exceed a total amount of 5 cups of dry ingredients (that includes the total amount of flour, oats, oatmeal, bran.) Also do not exceed the total amount of 3 teaspoons (tsp) of yeast and 5 teaspoons of baking powder.
