Air Fried "KFC" | James Brooks Recipes

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 people


  • 500g Chicken Breast - sliced into ‘tenders’
  • 500g Chicken Thigh - Sliced into strips
  • Flour
  • 250ml Tonic Water (trust us)
  • “Secret Spices” - Paprika, Mixed Herbs, Knorr Aromat, Cayenne, Garlic Powder, Salt, Cumin, White Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper
  • Sprayable Cooking Oil


Step 1: Spray Air Fryer Tray with Oil

Step 2: Take a Chicken piece, coat in Flour

Step 3: Dunk in glass of Tonic Water

Step 4: Dip into the Flour again

Step 5: Repeat steps 3-4 another 1-2 times

Step 6: Place in the Air Fryer, cook until internal temp is 75c

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy!
