Vegan Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of vegetable oil for greasing the pan


  1. Preheat the Pan:

    • Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
