Vegan Baked Oats

Wake up to a delightful and indulgent breakfast with these mouthwatering baked blender chocolate oats! Not only are they packed with flavour, but they are also gluten-free and plant-based. Start your day off right with a wholesome and scrumptious morning treat that will leave you feeling satisfied and energised. 

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 3 x vegan chocolate pots, e.g., Alpro chocolate dessert or the Coconut Collaborative little choc pots (1 of these for topping)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips

Method: 

Step 1: Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 180°C.
Step 2: Blend all the ingredients until you’re left with a runny batter.
Step 3: Pour the mix into a small oven-safe dish (stir in optional chocolate chips here) and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step[ 4: Remove from the oven and top with another chocolate pot and serve hot.
