  • 500g Mushrooms 
  • 1 Onion, Diced 
  • 119 ml Apple Juice 
  • 1 Tablespoon Beef Stock Base 
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced 


Prep time: 10 minutes 

Cooking time: 4-8 hours
