Total Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 4-6

  • 250g ciabatta bread mix
  • 1 tub (350g) tomato garlic pasta sauce
  • 4 tbsp grated mozzarella
  • a small bunch basil, shredded

Step 1: Firstly, preheat the oven to 200/fan 180C/gas6. Then, follow the instructions on the ciabatta bread mix to make the dough. Once made, roll out into a large rectangle.

Step 2: Next, spread half of the tomato sauce onto the dough and sprinkle over the cheese and basil. Then roll up the dough like a swiss roll.

Step 3: Following this, cut into 12 slices and arrange onto a baking tray approximately 2cm apart and cut-side up. Leave them for 10 minutes to allow them to rise, then place them in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until they are puffed and golden. Place the remaining sauce into a separate bowl for dipping.
