Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced (frozen for a thicker texture)
  • 2 tablespoons Marmite
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (Swedish Glace for vegan and dairy free) 

Topping 

  • tablespoons fresh berries
  • chai seeds 
  • nuts
  • coconut flakes
  • granola 

Method: 

Step 1: Blend the banana with Marmite and peanut butter until creamy and smooth, then transfer to a blender for a deliciously unique spread. 

Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until velvety smooth. 

Step 3: Serve right away, topped with your favourite finishing touches.
