How To Make Peanut Butter Brownies

These peanut butter brownies are the best because they combine the indulgent flavours of chocolate and peanut butter in a way that creates the ultimate balance of sweetness and creaminess. Using the Morphy Richards Mixstar makes the process incredibly simple, allowing you to whip these easy brownies up without any hassle. The addition of chocolate peanut butter elevates the flavour, giving each bite a delightful nutty richness that compliments the chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 225g crunchy peanut butter

  • 200g bar dark chocolate broken into pieces

  • 280g soft light brown sugar

  • 3 medium eggs

  • 100g self-raising flour

Method:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 20cm baking tin with baking parchment. Take 50g of chocolate and 50g of peanut butter and set aside.

Step 2: In a pan over a low heat, melt the remaining chocolate and peanut butter until silky smooth. Then, add the sugar. When the sugar has dissolved, transfer the mixture into a bowl to cool. Turn off the heat and using your mixstar beat the eggs one at a time. Stir the flour until the batter is combined and pour the batter into the mixture.

Step 3: Take the 50g of peanut butter you set aside and melt in the microwave for 45 seconds and drizzle this over the brownie. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4: Take the 50g of chocolate you set aside and melt it in the microwave, then drizzle over the brownie. Let the brownie sit in the tin to cool before taking a bite.
