Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (about 600g), trimmed and cut into 2-3 cm cubes
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 40g piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Method
Step 1: Add the chicken to a bowl, sprinkle over the flour and add some seasoning then toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 2: Combine the ginger, garlic, soy, honey as well as half the lemon juice in a bowl. Then, heat over a high heat, place the chicken into a large frying pan or wok and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 3: Next, pour in the honey sauce and stir fry until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has reduced, which takes approximately 10 minutes.
Step 4: Once cooked, if needed squeeze over the remaining lemon juice and serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
