Ingredients:
2 beetroots, peeled and chopped
2 apples, cored
100g blueberries
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled
1 tbsp honey
400ml ice water
Method:
Add all ingredients to the soup maker.
Select the smoothie setting and blend until smooth.
Serve over ice. Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days.

150g strawberries
400g tinned mango

Method:

Pour over ice and serve. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
