Air Fryer Yorkshire Puddings

Serves: 6


  • 120 ml Milk
  • 120g flour 
  • eggs 
  • A pinch salt 
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil 


Step 1: Begin by combining all of your ingredients in a bowl & whisk until you reach a smooth consistency. Then leave to rest.

Step 2: Grease 6 muffin liners or pudding basins & then add a little oil to the bottom, making sure if covers the entire bottom to avoid sticking later on. Add to the air fryer to heat up the oil then open, before pouring in your batter.

Step 3: Cook for 12 minutes (flipping after 10 minutes) at 200 °C. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy alongside you Sunday Roast!

Note: If you require more Yorkshire Puds, simply double or triple the recipe to make your desired amount!
