All our kettles include a 3 year warranty when purchased from our website. Products purchased elsewhere come with a 2 year warranty. Register online for 1 extra year. Warranties exclude consumable parts and damage from misuse.

Our online returns centre has made returns super easy. Simply enter a few details, follow the instructions and we’ll provide shipping guidelines (once approved).

As stated in our returns policy, we will happily refund a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. For a full refund, you must return the goods in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging. 

Our models are designed to reduce noise, making them ideal for early‑morning brews.

With regular cleaning and descaling, a quality kettle can last several years of daily use.

Using filtered water and descaling regularly helps slow limescale formation, especially in hard‑water areas.
