Triple Chocolate Cookies

Looking for a simple cookie recipe? You can whip up these tasty triple chocolate cookies with this easy stand mixer recipe. This is the quick cookie recipe you need for rich, gooey chocolate cookies that are perfect for any time of the day. 

Ingredients:

  • 100g soft brown sugar

  • 100g golden caster sugar

  • 100g butter, softened 

  • 100g cocoa powder 
  • 1 egg 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 225g plain flour 

  • 140g milk chocolate, melted 

  • 85g white chocolate chips 

  • 85g plain chocolate chips 

Method: 

Step 1: Begin by heating your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Using the Morphy Richards Oven Tray Set, line with baking parchment. 

Step 2: Using the Morphy Richards Stand Mixer, designed with an integrated scale allowing you to precisely measure the ingredients directly in the bowl. Add the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Then add the egg, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and melted milk chocolate to the mixture and whisk for 4 to 6 minutes on the speed setting 1 to 5. Then, stir in the white and plain chocolate chips. 

Step 3: Take the cookie dough out of the bowl and roll the dough between your hands to form balls and place them onto the trays. 

Step 4: Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until they are a golden colour and soft to touch. Gently transfer the cookies to a wire rack so they can cool down.
