How To Bake Chocolate Orange Brownies
These chocolate orange brownies are the ultimate indulgence. Using the Morphy Richards 9" Square Cake Tin, Stand Mixer and Solid Spoon it helps to simplify baking these tasty brownies, making it an easy dessert to whip up at home for a sweet treat.
Ingredients:

200g butter, chopped

200g dark chocolate, chopped roughly

Zest 1 large orange

4 large eggs

350g caster sugar

100g plain flour

50g cocoa powder

100g dark chocolate orange, chopped
Method:
Step 1: Begin by heating the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Using the Morphy Richards 9" Square Cake Tin, grease the tin before lining with baking parchment. Using the Morphy Richards 14cm Recycled Aluminium Milk Pan, take the dark chocolate, butter and orange zest and slowly melt over a low heat while stirring, with our Solid Spoon, occasionally until the consistency is smooth then remove from the heat and leave it to cool.
Step 2: Using the Morphy Richards Stand Mixer, whisk the sugar and eggs together until it looks pale and foamy. Slowly stir in the cooled chocolate mixture and gently sieve the cocoa and flour into the mixture. Using the Morphy Richards Solid Spoon, stir the dry ingredients into the mixture, and then add the orange chocolate.
Step 3: Using the Solid Spoon, scrape all the mixture into the lined tin and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Once baked, let it cool down in the tin. Once cooled, cut it into squares and enjoy!
