Creamy Mushroom Soup in the Soup Maker | James Brooks Recipes

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Punnets of Mushrooms (I used Chestnut and Cup)
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic - Chopped
  • 1 White Onion - Diced
  • 1 Tsp Knorr Aromat Seasoning
  • 2-3 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Corn Starch
  • 150ml Milk
  • 250g Butter (cubed)
  • 150ml White Wine
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley to serve
  • Double Cream to serve

Method:

Step 1: Add everything to the Soup Maker (except the garnishes).

Step 2: Stir it and set to “Chunky”.

Step 3: Allow to cool for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Serve and garnish.

Step 5: Enjoy!
