Cranberry Margarita

• 1 tsp clear honey
• grated zest and juice 1 orange
• 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• 200ml tequila
• juice 1 lime
• 200ml cranberry juice
• 50ml triple sec
• ice

You will need

• a fine paintbrush

Method: 

Step 1: Use a clean, fine paintbrush to lightly coat the rim of 4 margarita or martini glasses with honey. Mix the orange zest, salt, and sugar on a saucer, then dip the glass rims into the mixture. Chill the glasses in the fridge. 

Step 2: Put the orange juice, tequila, lime juice, cranberry juice, triple sec, and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Once the shaker feels cold, strain the drink into your prepared glasses and serve.
