Coconut Curry Soup

Looking for a simple and flavourful soup to brighten up your dining table? Look no further than our delicious coconut curry soup recipe! Combining the silky richness of coconut milk with the bold and aromatic flavours of curry, this soup is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Serves: 4


  • 2/3 Large Sweet Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • A good Glug of Olive Oil
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • Teaspoon of Garlic Puree
  • Teaspoon of Ginger Paste
  • Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/2 Red Chillis, Sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper, Chopped
  • 300ml Passata
  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter


  • Saute Onions with dry spices until soft and brown
  • Add everything to the Morphy Richards Soup Maker
  • Set the mode to “smooth” and start
  • After 21 minutes, your soup should be ready and blended
  • Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of Olive Oil, chopped Coriander, and a crack of Black Pepper
