Ingredients:

250ml whole milk

250ml couple cream

2 tbsp cocoa powder

100g caster sugar

50g dark chocolate, melted
Method:
Step 1: Whisk together milk, cream, sugar, and cocoa.
Step 2: Stir in the melted chocolate.
Step 3: Freeze in the container overnight, then process in Ice Cream mode.
