Prep time: 1 hour
Cooking time: 15 Mins
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients
- 120ml Milk (we used Whole Milk)
- 1 Egg
- 30g Sugar
- 30g Dry Yeast
- 2g Salt
- 200g Flour
- 20g Oil
Method
Step 1: First, combine the dry ingredients with the wet and mix well then cover with cling film and leave to prove (until doubled in size)!
Step 2: Flour a work surface and start to knead to remove air, roll out the dough and divide it into equally small portions and work into small balls.
Step 3: Line your Morphy Richards Digital 4 Litre Air Fryer with greaseproof paper and add the dough balls to the tray. Before switching the air fryer on, allow the dough balls to rise for 20 mins.
Step 4: Brush the surface of the dough balls with milk and air-fry at 150c for 15 minutes (brush with Honey and Water midway through).
Enjoy!
