  • Leftover Cottage Pie filling (about 500g) 
  • 4 Baking Potatoes 
  • 250g grated Cheese 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Salt 
  • Milk 150ml 
  • Butter 25-50g 


Step 1: Prick the potatoes with a fork and cook in a microwave for 10-15 minutes 

Step 2: Coat the potato skin in olive oil and salt and pop in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes 

Step 3: Once nice and crispy, remove the jacket potatoes from the air fryer. 

Step 4: Next scoop out the inside of each potato and place in a bowl to one side. Replace the inside of the potato with the leftover cottage pie filling 

Step 5: Mix the scooped-out potato filling with the milk OR butter and cream together so that you can drizzle on top of the potatoes.  

Step 6: Top with a generous handful of cheese and place back in the air fryer for a further 10 minutes.  

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
