How do I know when to replace my kettle filter?
If you notice reduced flow, visible build‑up or changes in taste, it may be time to replace the filter.
Cleaning your kettle is essential in order to maintain the taste of your hot drinks as well as the kettle’s longevity. Make sure that the kettle is unplugged before wiping the exterior and descaling it thoroughly. Rinse the removable filter under running water and remove any limescale. If you need a new one, we also have spare kettle filters.

All our kettles include a 3 year warranty when purchased from our website. Products purchased elsewhere come with a 2 year warranty. Register online for 1 extra year. Warranties exclude consumable parts and damage from misuse.
Our online returns centre has made returns super easy. Simply enter a few details, follow the instructions and we’ll provide shipping guidelines (once approved).
As stated in our returns policy, we will happily refund a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. For a full refund, you must return the goods in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
