Cleaning your kettle is essential in order to maintain the taste of your hot drinks as well as the kettle’s longevity. Make sure that the kettle is unplugged before wiping the exterior and descaling it thoroughly. Rinse the removable filter under running water and remove any limescale. If you need a new one, we also have spare kettle filters.

As stated in our returns policy, we will happily refund a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods.
