Ingredients:

  • 300ml whole milk

  • 200ml double cream 

  • 100g caster sugar 

  • 1tsp vanilla extract 

Method:

Step 1: Whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves. 

Step 2: Pour into the container and freeze overnight. 

Step 3: Spin on the Ice Cream setting until smooth and creamy.
