Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients: 

  • 300ml milk

  • 200ml double cream

  • 100g caramel sauce 

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method:

Step 1: Stir the caramel and salt into the milk and cream. 

Step 2: Whisk until smooth, then pour into the container. 

Step 3: Freeze overnight, then spin in Ice Cream mode. 

Step 4: Drizzle more caramel over before serving.
