Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp pumpkin purée
- pinch of ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve (or use pumpkin spice)
- 30ml espresso or strong coffee
- pinch of ground ginger
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 250ml milk
Method:
Step 1: Place the pumpkin purée into a large, heatproof glass or mug. Gently stir in the aromatic spices and a shot of rich espresso or strong coffee.
Step 2: Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat until it’s steaming and wonderfully frothy. Pour it into the glass or mug, then gently spoon the froth on top. Stir everything together, and finish with a dusting of cinnamon or pumpkin spice for an extra touch of flavour before serving.
