Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 100g strawberries

  • 100g raspberries

  • 100g blueberries

  • 100g blackberries

  • 450g pot fat free strawberry yogurt 

  • 100ml milk

  • 2 tsp honey (optional) 

Method: 

Step 1: Add the yogurt and milk into the blender, then add the remaining ingredients and press the smoothie function to blend until smooth. 

Step 2: Pour the smoothie into four glasses and finish with a drizzle of honey, if you like, and enjoy a healthy smoothie!
