How To Make Spaghetti Puttanesca
Looking for a quick pasta recipe? This dish is a classic, one pan sauce that brings all the rich flavours together and is super quick and easy to make. This spaghetti puttanesca recipe is budget friendly making it a perfect choice for a midweek tea with the family.
Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 large garlic cloves, crushed

½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

400g can chopped tomatoes

5 anchovy fillets, finely chopped

120g pitted black olives
-
2 tbsp capers, drained

300g dried spaghetti
Method:
Step 1: Using the Morphy Richards Forged Aluminium Saute Pan, drizzle the olive oil in the non-stick pan over a low to medium heat. Add in the diced onion with a pinch of salt and fry until soft. Then add in your chilli flakes and garlic and fry for a minute. Using the Morphy Richards Solid Spoon, gently stir your ingredients together while cooking.
Step 2: Add the anchovies, tomatoes, olives and capers into the onion and add your favorite seasonings and pop your lid on to simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3: While your sauce is simmering, using the Morphy Richards Saucepan, bring the pan to boil and sprinkle salt into the boiling water. Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and pour your sauce into the pasta and serve using the Morphy Richards Pasta Server.
