Ingredients:

Pesto

  • 80g basil

  • 50g parmesan

  • 50g pine nuts

  • 150ml olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Pinch of salt

Pasta

  • 80 - 100g dried pasta, per person

Method:

Step 1: To make the pesto, cut the garlic cloves into pieces less than 3cm wide. Then, using the Morphy Richards Rechargeable Multifunction 3-in-1 Mini Food Chopper, add all the ingredients into the glass bowl and press the on/off button 3 to 4 times, then push continuously for 5 to 20 seconds until you achieve the desired consistency for the pesto.

Step 2: To cook the pasta, boil the water using a Morphy Richards Saucepan. Once the water has boiled, pop the pasta in the saucepan and cook for 12 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta.

Step 3: Using the Morphy Richards Recycled Aluminium Frying Pan, heat the pesto sauce, then add the pasta and stir until evenly coated.

Step 4: Transfer into your pasha dish and enjoy!
