  • 80g basil

  • 50g parmesan

  • 50g pine nuts

  • 150ml olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Pinch of salt

Pasta

  • 80 - 100g dried pasta, per person

Method:

Step 1: To make the pesto, cut the garlic cloves into pieces less than 3cm wide. Then, using the Morphy Richards Food Chopper, add all the ingredients into the glass bowl and press the on/off button 3 to 4 times, then push continuously for 5 to 20 seconds until you achieve the desired consistency for the pesto.

Step 2: To cook the pasta, boil the water using a Morphy Richards Saucepan. Once the water has boiled, pop the pasta in the saucepan and cook for 12 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta.

Step 3: Using the Morphy Richards Frying Pan, heat the pesto sauce, then add the pasta and stir until evenly coated.

Step 4: Transfer into your pasha dish and enjoy!
