Air Fryer Poached Eggs
This Air Fryer Poached Eggs recipe is quick and incredibly tasty, perfect for a hassle-free breakfast. Using a Morphy Richards air fryer, you can prepare perfectly poached eggs in just a few minutes, making it the ideal air fryer recipe for busy mornings. Whether you're enjoying them solo or on toast, these poached eggs will quickly become your go-to quick breakfast recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil (for the ramekins)
- Hot water
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Step 2: Gently grease each ramekin with olive oil.
Step 3: Pour hot water into each ramekin and crack an egg into the water. The ramekins will help maintain the shape of the poached egg. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4: Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekins and use a rubber spatula to gently slide the egg out, ensuring a smooth and delicious serve.
Step 5: Place the eggs onto your plate (we love them on a bed of smoked salmon and toast!) and season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper before digging in.
