How to Track Your Order

Morphy Richards partners with leading couriers to ensure your goods arrive on time. Check your dispatch email for a tracking link or reference. Steps to track your order:

  1. Open your dispatched or confirmation email.
  2. Locate your order tracking number or link.
  3. Click the link or enter the tracking number on the courier’s website.

When Is an Order Considered Lost?

We aim to deliver UK orders within 2–3 business days. While legally online sales allow up to 30 days for delivery, we encourage you to contact us if there are any concerns so we can help track your order.

You may wish to reach out if:

  • 7 working days have passed and your order has not arrived

  • Tracking shows no movement for multiple days

  • Your parcel is marked ‘delivered’ but hasn’t been received

Please note, an order is only considered officially lost once the courier has confirmed it. Typically, if tracking shows no movement for around 10 days, it may be deemed lost and we can begin arranging a solution. Until then, there is still a chance your order could arrive.
