Tropical Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 15g pineapple chunks tinned or fresh

  • 400g tinned mango including syrup

  • Juice of 1 lime 80g sugar

Method:

Step 1: Blend everything until smooth, then pour the mixture into the container.

Step 2: Freeze overnight, then spin on Sorbet mode.

Step 3: Add coconut flakes for a garnish.
