  • 200ml double cream

  • 80g pistachio paste

  • 10g sugar

Method:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients until smooth and combined, then pour into the container.

Step 2: Freeze overnight, then spin on Gelato mode.

Step 3: Add chopped pistachios after spinning for crunch.
