Ingredients:

400g tinned peaches including syrup

50g sugar

lOOg raspberries
Method:
Step 1: Blend the peaches including the syrup until smooth.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into the container and freeze overnight.
Step 3: Meanwhile warm together the raspberries and sugar gently, don't boil.
Step 4:Once the sugar is dissolved, blend and pass through the sieve.
Step 5: Spin on Sorbet mode.
Step 6: Drizzle over raspberry sauce to serve.
