Ingredients:

300ml milk

200ml double cream 80g sugar

1 tsp peppermint extract

50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
Method:
Step 1: Mix all ingredients except chocolate, then pour the mixture into the container.
Step 2: Freeze overnight, spin on Ice Cream mode.
Step 3: Stir in the chocolate at the end and re-spin.
