Ingredients:

  • 200ml tonic water

  • 80ml gin

  • 1 lime, juiced and zested

  • 100g caster sugar

  • Optional: a few mint leaves or cucumber slices for garnish

Method:

Step 1: Pour the tonic water, gin, lime juice, and sugar into a jug.

Step 2: Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the container and freeze overnight.

Step 4: Spin on the Sorbet setting until smooth and refreshing.

Step 5: Serve with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime.
