200ml double cream

2 tbsp instant coffee granules

100g sugar
Method:
Step 1: Dissolve coffee in warm milk, add cream and sugar.
Step 2: Whisk to combine, then pour into the container.
Step 3: Freeze overnight and process in Gelato mode.
