Ingredients:

  • 250ml milk

  • 200ml double cream

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules

  • 100g sugar

Method: 

Step 1: Dissolve coffee in warm milk, add cream and sugar.

Step 2: Whisk to combine, then pour into the container.

Step 3: Freeze overnight and process in Gelato mode.
