Rated 4 out of 5 by Tbag from Quick and Easy Purchased recently because I needed an decent steam iron for dressmaking and our old one had stared to leak. After comparing the specifications of other irons in a similar price range this one seemed to have the best combination of steam power, generous tank size and a ceramic sole plate; all criteria on my list for a good quality iron. The iron has more than lived up to its spec I find it quick to reach the required temperature, a good long blast of steam without having to contantly refill and not too heavy. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is due to the water level being difficult to view through the dark grey plastic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JenG from How much water is in the Iron? I purchased the iron because my old one has become scaled and chalky on the inside despite using "special ironing water" in order to avoid this. However when looking at the instructions for this iron it clearly states you should not use this special product even though one of the special features of this Model is that it is "Anti Scale to help prolong life". The other main problem with this iron is the dark grey colour of the water chamber which makes it extremely difficult to see when the chamber is at the maximum fill mark. The iron is very light and heats up very quickly and is extremely good to use but I am not very happy about these water features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MMcK from Does exactly what it says on the box I have only used this iron once, but already find it easy to use and with all the important features. It feels substantial without being heavy and cumbersome. Only 2 criticisms. It is impossible to see the water level in the tank. There is a maximum level marker, but the tank is dark grey so it is impossible to see if the water has reached maximum. The other minor criticism is that there is no plastic water jug supplied. I can't remember ever buying an iron that didn't come with this supplied and I feel that Morphy Richards have cut back just a tad too much here. Despite this, I think this product is good value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trax from More iron for your money! Absolutely! This iron was purchased after much comparison with other products and stood out because of its features, easy of use and maintenance. The features include variable steam, steam boost and a water spray function for those stubborn bits! You can also use the iron for dry ironing and even vertical steam when clothes are hanging. It also benefits from having a self clean option and anti-scale system. The iron heats up quickly allowing users to crack on immediately. It glides expertly over any type of fabric and makes the job easy. I think this will save me time and energy. Overall, a great all-round iron that I would recommend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DaveK from Great Iron - Highly Recommended!!! I got this iron about a week ago because my old one stopped working and can honestly say its a great iron. I thought my old one was good but this one is just that bit better. It has great features, its really easy to use and fill especially if your like me and usually end up with a pool of water on the floor. Everything is well indicated and easy to reach without having to take your hand away from the handle. It heats up really quick and the steam and spray are really good too. All round this is a great iron and i am really pleased with it especially now it takes me a lot less time ironing my shirts in the morning, well worth it!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tzia from The perfect iron I bought the Morphy Richards Breeze iron recently and I must say it was one of the best decisions ever. It has made ironing much more enjoyable and easy for me. The large water capacity means no refilling again and again. The temperature controls are amazing and the constant stream of steam allows the iron to glide seamlessly over all varieties of fabric. The iron is lightweight and very easy to use. Excellent value for money and to top it all a 3 year guarantee. What else can one ask for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect ironing solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Fatturkey from Shame, 'cos it got me a little steamed up! This steam iron rapidly heats up and is quite light to use whilst at the same time is powerful. It has excellent steaming characteristics. However, I would have preferred a slightly longer cable, actual cable length is circa 2m. I have got around this by using an extension lead. The water filler neck is wide enough to fill directly from a tap (note there is no filler jug provided) but this is sadly offset by the difficulty one has in judging how much water is in the reservoir . . . it badly requires a more transparent window! Would I buy this product again, . . probably not!

Rated 5 out of 5 by cs09 from Daddy's first iron! Having spent the vast majority of my life working a job that provided uniform that did not require ironing, I left my wife to deal with the casual ironing of my clothes. Having recently became a Father, and changing jobs to one that required a suit each day, I decided to take the leap into doing my own ironing. The Morphy Richards Breeze not only looked cool but allows a complete newbie to look like he learnt to iron in the military. Trousers are perfectly creased, shirt collars nice and crisp, I have even taking to ironing socks and boxers, it is quite therapeutic. The Wife is not allowed to touch it :)
