Rated 5 out of 5 by Crunch from Great Product I only recently discovered what a spiralizer is, and wish I had known about them years ago. Electric ones appear to be new on the market, so when I discovered that Morphy Richards had invented one, it was an obvious choice. It is very very easy to use and to clean afterwards, and is great for finding another way to liven up eating vegetables. I think it will be a kitchen aid you cannot be without in years to come if you are serious about healthy eating, or just want variation in your food preparation. It sits on our work surface between the kettle and the toaster because it is used almost daily. Great design, easy and safe to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marc M from Fantastic Product The product is compact and discreet on my worktop. It is easy to clean and easy to use. So far I have enjoyed courgetti for a number of meal variations, spiralized carrots to put through a salad and spiralized apple. The apple was less successful put I have not been put off trying again. There is a lot of potential meals that have been made that much easier by the Spiralizer. Like all kitchen gadgets I have to be prepared to get creative to get the most out of it but I think it will be a permanent feature on my worktop for the foreseeable future. It does make some noise when in use but is considerably quieter than my current food processor, plus is easier to clean and store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Madamee123 from Persevere I've wanted a Spiralizer for ages.... Being one of those people constantly on a diet! Tried sweet potato fries (lush) butternut squash noodles and courgette through this. When it works the result looks and tastes fantastic! I gave the squash noodles to someone who hates butternut. She had no idea what she was eating! However, there's a couple of issues that were a tad frustrating. It does need hard veg! It will not take a 3 day old courgette! The cross grabber will only hold onto really firm veg, and you can't use it as a plunger because if you do you just end up poking veg from inbetween the razor blades!! It's a lovely compact machine, and I will enjoy experimenting with it. My only criticism is the ease of use with the grabber. Perhaps an extra 5mm would make all the difference???

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mattymojo from Does the job! I've had this for the past couple of weeks after thinking of getting one for some time. I have only used it for carrots, sweet potato and butternut squash and can say that it done the job. The best thing about this machine would have to be the colour scheme and its compactness. The down sides so far are that there is quite some wastage (although I personally find it quite easy to use it up in other dishes over the following days) and the item being spiralised doesn't always stay attached to the plunger causing the item to get lodged in the blades. This may well just been a case of getting a knack for using it efficiently and effectively however! All in all, a handy item that will get a lot of use in my household!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sarahp from Great product I was asked to trial this product. I'm not new to spiralising I love courgetti but the manual one I had broke so I was excited to try this electric one. Courgettes were a success in this making long lovely strands. Carrots were good but I'd recommend using larger ones as the small ones tended to get caught at the bottom and I had to turn off the machine to dig them out that's why I'm leaving off a star. Sweet potatoes and butternut squash were also good. The veg all goes in the compartment rather than all over the kitchen side and all removeable parts can go in the dishwasher. You only get two attachments. I would have like more for different shapes/thickness etc. Hopefully they will bring out some more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kam759 from Great little machine, very fast! The spiralizer is very easy to use and very quickly processes the vegetables with little waste; faster than grating. To get the best results, i.e. longest consistent spiral lengths, the leftover vegetable core should be removed before placing another one in. Works well on carrots, courgettes, and other hard vegetables. Spiralized vegetables instead of noodles or spaghetti makes a great tasting healthy alternative and kids can have fun too! It could also be used for thin curly fries using potato or sweet potato. It comes with a fine and coarse blade. The finer blade make spirals a similar thickness to medium noodles. The machine is easy to clean and compact in size so can be used regularly without cluttering the kitchen. Overall a great little machine!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dobrock from Turns veg to mush Bought this about a month ago. It can't take butternut squash or harder vegetables, just tunrs them to mush and then stops. The lids unlocks all the time so you have to put more effort in that using a manual spiralizer. It's not bad for softer veg but not really suitable for anything else. I wouldn't waste my money again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Stroker from Looks good I have been using this for a few weeks now. It is a nice looking machine, the cord stores underneath so it doesn't take up much space on the worktop. I have tried lots of different veg and have a mixed result. It is difficult to get the veg to stay on the holder, so it gets frustrating removing it and starting again. Although it was great for cucumber and apple for a salad and courgettes for 'spaghetti ', I found it quite wasteful if you can't use up the left over ends of the veg. It is easy to clean and store.
