Rated 4 out of 5 by Gaynor66 from Food Mixer Review This is the first stand mixer I have owned and used and I found the Morphy Richards 40015 total control stand Mixer to be a sleek and useful kitchen Machine. Simple and powerful. It comes with 3 accessories (Beater, Dough hook and Whisk) and these are all you need to make excellent cakes/ bread dough or just whisking egg whites for meringues. The instruction booklet was very easy to follow and the recipes i have tried all turned out very well and were delicious. The only problem I found was after washing the mixing bowl manually (not dishwasher proof) some water remained in the locking mechanism on the outside of the bowl and is very difficult to get out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Vinney from Easy to use machine Have used this mixer a lot of times with ease and great results. Sturdy and well built as I have always experienced from morphy Richards products. Very easy to make cakes with the auto cake selection. Dial feature nice and easy to turn. The only draw back on this model is the splash guard sometimes drops down but really this wasn't a big issue for me. On the bottom of the machine there are suction feet that keeps the mixer firmly in place when you are using it, I liked this feature a lot. Would highly recommend for a first time user of a mixer or a more experienced baker. Will continue using this great product for years to come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Eugene from Smoothie Operator I have had this blender for a couple of weeks and am using it almost daily. A relatively large 1.5L jug and easy on the eye. It has a manual dial which goes for powerful to very powerful, as well as automatic options for smoothies, soups, sauces/dips and ice crushing. I use mainly for delicious smoothies but sure will use all the features in the coming weeks. Simple to use and instruction booklet has a number of recipes to get you started. Very quite and has suction base feet. There is also a very neat way of concealing the lead for storage which is useful. All in all, a very good blender which does what it says and cannot find any fault with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andi78 from Fantastic Machine I love this blender. The serrated blades are perfect for making slushies/cocktails which some blenders struggle at, so far I have made vegetable/fruit smoothies and soups. It blitzes food in no time what's so ever, and not too noisy either. The preset functions are a added bonus which takes the guess work out of the required blending times. The blender feels very well made it has a huge 1.5 litre jug capacity which is great. It has the added benefit of having suction cups at the bottom to hold it in place during use. It also has handy storage for the wire and plug, perfect for people that hate messy wires. Overall I am very happy with no negative response so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BaaOinkMoo from Very impressed I have been using this machine a lot over the last few weeks, mainly soups and sauces but I have mixed Yorkshire pudding in it too, and I am very impressed. The blender has a powerful motor which is a little noisy but this is not a complaint as it doesn't need to be on long enough to cause a problem! A sturdy blender with good suction on the underside. I have used the machine to make large quantities of soup and also smaller quantities when making a sauce and it is equally good for both - easy to clean too which is always welcome. The preset features are an added bonus and self-explanatory. I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AtomicAngel from Compact & great Easy to assemble and use. Sits comfortably in my hand when blending - not too heavy or unwieldy like some others can be. I like the fact there are a number of power options too. It made a smooth consistency of whatever I wanted to blend in a very short amount of time. The rest on the back is good for when you need to put it down. I also really like the fact you can remove the bottom half (with the blade) and wash that independently from the rest of the blender. It stores away neatly too after use. I do also like the fact there is the possibility of obtaining other attachments (although I have not tried any at this juncture)

Rated 4 out of 5 by chirpytina from Great compact mixer I usually use a hand mixer and have toyed with the idea of buying a stand mixer for a long time but having limited space has put me off. This is a great alternative as folds down neatly and can be stored away in a cupboard. You do have to find storage for the bowl and tools separately though. Found very easy to use and automatic functions a bonus. You have to scrape the bowl down periodically but a friend has an expensive branded mixer and has to do the same. l wouldn't now go back to a hand mixer as this is much easier and quicker. If you want a stand mixer and have limited space you won't go wrong with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nikki from Excellent mixer A joy to use and a joy to look at. The bowl is a little on the large side but this is compensated by the fold away design of the unit. It's an absolutely faultless deliverer of meringue, souflee, cream mixes and simplicity itself for cakes, scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes. I was given this to test and I can assure you I'm not giving it back - it has become an absolute essential in my kitchen.
