About our Coffees:-
All our coffees are sourced from Italy and are made from Arabica or Robusta beans or a combination of both.
Arabica Beans from Central America are extremely aromatic with delicate fruity flavours and notes of chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and dried fruit.
The African Arabica beans have great body, great personality and know how to make themselves stand out, with have scents of flowers and sweet notes of citrus.
Asian Robusta beans are needed to balance the acidity with nutty, woody and spicy, dark cocoa notes.

The Roasting Process:-
Our coffee undergoes a cycle of slow roasting lasting approximately 16 minutes. This method allows the caramelization of all of the sugars present in the beans and promotes their best qualities, enhancing the acid of the Arabican beans and the intensity of the Robusta beans.
Modern technology makes the slow roasting process reliable and consistent and allows us to preserve the very best coffee aromas.
