Pancetta and Chestnut Sprouts
130g Trimmed Brussel sprouts
50g roast chestnut halves
50g smoked pancetta
Mix the brussel sprouts, roast chestnut and smoked pancetta in the Multi-Pot.
Place the lid on and microwave on full power for 7-8 minutes.
After half the cooking time, using oven gloves, give the Multi-Pot a shake to ensure evening cooking of the sprouts.
Leave in the Multi-Pot after cooking until ready to serve.
