Maple Syrup, Cinnamon and Thyme Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:
130g Chantenay carrots
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
2g cinnamon
20g Maple syrup
Method:
Blend the cinnamon into the maple syrup, add the carrots, place in the Multi-Pot, and place the thyme on top.
Place the lid and secure, microwave on full power for 7-8 minutes.
After half of the cooking time, using oven gloves, give the Multi-Pot a shake to ensure even cooking of the carrots.
Remove from the microwave and place in a bowl, and cover with tinfoil.
