If you would like to return a faulty or incorrect product or would
like to exercise your right to cancel your order please contact our Consumer Care Team. For reasons of hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund or exchange used Ambisleep mattress toppers unless they are faulty. The above condition does not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations please see below. Your Right to Cancel You have 7 days from receiving your product in which to cancel if you want to. You will need to contact us to let us know you would like to return the product. You will then have to return the product to the address above unused and in its original packaging. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
