Redefine Social Prize Draw April 2016 Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Morphy Richards Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00644702), whose registered office is at Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 8AJ (Morphy).
  2. These terms and conditions are the Prize Draw rules (Rules). By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  3. Morphy reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Rules at any time without prior notice.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Prize Draw, the decision of Morphy shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  5. To qualify to enter the Prize Draw the entrant must be 18 years old and resident in the Great Britain Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. The Prize Draw will run from 30th March 2015 until midnight on 1st May 2015 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
  7. Employees of Morphy or any company, organisation or body involved in the Prize Draw or any members of employees’ families or households or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Morphy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  8. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must enter through posting on facebook or Twitter. To enter facebook entrants will be required to post a picture of a Redefine product and comment why they like the product followed by #morphyredefine  within the comments section of a Redefine post on the Morphy facebook page. To enter on twitter entrants will be submit a tweet with  a picture of a Redefine product and comment why they like the product followed by #morphyredefine .Once entrants have entered the Prize Draw the copyright in the entry will be owned by Morphy.
  9. By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by the entrant is true, current and complete.
  10. Morphy assumes (and the entrant warrants) that by entering the Prize Draw, the entrant has legal capacity to enter the Prize Draw and agree to the Rules (i.e. that the entrant is of sufficient age and mental capacity and is capable of being legally bound in contract).
  11. Morphy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
  12. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.
  13. The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the Closing Date by an independent person, selected by Morphy, whose decision will be final.
  14. The winner will receive 1x Redefine by Morphy Richards Atomist Iron, 1 x Redefine by Morphy Richards Hot Water Dispenser, 1x Redefine by Morphy Richards Glass Toaster, 1 x Redefine by Morphy Richards Glass Kettle
  15. There is no cash prize alternative and the prize is non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses.
  16. The winners will be contacted e-mail.  Failure to claim the prize within 14 days of being notified by Morphy may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
  17. The names of the winners will be published on http://www.morphyrichards.co.uk/redefine/terms and will also be available28 days after the Closing Date by writing to: Marketing Department, Morphy Richards Limited, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 8AJ, 28 days after the Closing Date.
  18. The winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity, including photographs and Morphy reserves the right to use the names and countries of residence of the winners in any publicity.
  19. Morphy cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of acceptance or non-acceptance of any prize.
  20. The Prize Draw and these Rules will be governed by English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
