  Very pleased with this item it toasts well and the duel controls are a great. I have spent a while looking for a new toaster as all the new models don't accommodate full slices of bread, such as Kingsmill, but this one does. My only gripe is the length of the power lead, being too short. My old Morphy toasters lead was at least 12" longer otherwise I would have rated this a 5*
